ABOUT US
Established in November 2003, Future Nurses Nursing School (FNNS) has evolved into a renowned Private Health Nursing Institution dedicated to nurturing and empowering nursing professionals. With Mrs. T Motsoeli at its helm as Principal and Mrs L Madubanya as the Chief Executive Officer, FNNS has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence in nursing education and training.
Key Milestones:
- 2003: FNNS commenced its journey with a modest cohort of 20 Auxiliary Nursing students and three annual intakes.
- 2012: Witnessing steady growth, FNNS attained accreditation to accommodate a larger student body, increasing to 25 students per intake.
- Transition to Legacy Qualification: When the South African Nursing Council (SANC) transitioned from Auxiliary Nursing R.2176 to a Legacy qualification, FNNS adapted seamlessly, welcoming 100 students per intake across two sessions.
- 2021: Under the visionary leadership of Mrs. T Motsoeli, FNNS achieved accreditation for the Higher Certificate/Auxiliary Nursing R.169, further solidifying its position as a leader in nursing education.
- Graduation Success: The class of 2021 celebrated their graduation in August 2022, marking another milestone for FNNS. Notably, FNNS has maintained its exceptional track record with a 100% pass rate in 2022, 2023 and 2024, with students earning honours distinctions.
